No refund given, hundreds of pounds out of pocket!! Having read reviews, I don’t know how they are allowed to trade! I have contacted trading standards to let them know how these criminals are operating. Emailed several times to no reply, strange how they reply within minutes when asking to buy items. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
